Downtown Vancouver
In Vancouver From Montréal, we stayed at a hotel for the last 2 weeks before Labour Day. The hotel is called Shangri-La Hotel Vancouver that is at Downtown Vancouver. During the 2 weeks, there was an event going on August 18th at Trout Lake Park, Victoria Ave at East 15th Ave. The event was called "Latin Summer Fest" which you can speak to Latin people who are in the event. It was an outdoor event that you could play activities or listen to Latin music and celebrate. It started from 11:00 pm till 7:00 pm. To get to the Festival we took the bus that runs on the Route 20 to Victoria Drive. It took us 45 mins to get there from the hotel. On the way there, we passed the Salsbury Park, Pigeon Park and the Audain Gallery Building. The festival was interesting for us because next year I will be taking Latin for Grade 10 and it will be lots of fun for myself. This Year's Roadtrip was a thrill because I went to places that will have lots of events and amusement parks.

In Montréal, I travelled to Complexe Desjardins which was a shopping center that was the largest. But to get there, I travelled by the STM Metro that goes underground like the TTC Subway. It took 15 minutes to get there from Hilton Garden Inn Montréal where we stayed for another 2 weeks to the Complexe Desjardins. The nearest station was Station Place-des-Arts and it took 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the station. On the way to the Complexe Desjardins, we saw Saints Showbar which it was a place where they have concerts and shows for all ages to see. When we got to the shopping center, we bought clothes for my next school year and a brand new backpack that could never be ripped. It took us 2 hours to go around the store for "Back To School" but we found the right stuff for it. We had so much fun travelling and walking around the shopping center.

This is the hotel that we've stayed in. "Hilton Gardens Inn Montreal, Quebec"

In Halifax, we stayed in that city for 2 weeks in the Radisson Suite Hotel. My family and I decided to have a day at Atlantic Playland. But to get there, my mom drove us on the NS-213 Highway and on the Bedford Highway. While we were going to the Atlantic Playland, we saw the Alexander Murray MacKay Bridge that was on the Circumferential Highway. It was first opened in 1970 and crosses the Halifax Harbour. When we arrived at the Atlantic Playland, we got super bracelets for the whole day. One of the Largest attractions that I have ever been to is the Gravity House. It had a magic mirror inside that house and spooky creatures on the roof which doesn't scare me that much. The Next thing I did at the Atlantic Playland is going down the waterslide with my family. Each of us had to go down the slide one at a time to get soaked on the hottest day of the summer. After going down the waterslide, my family and I went  to the Carousel Café to eat there. What I ordered in the Café was a combo of a cheeseburger, crispy fries and a Kool-Aid Slushie to cool down.  It tasted good because it has good flavours inside of each food. After we ate at the Carousel Cafe, we went on the ferris wheel called "Big Ellie". Big Ellie was the largest attraction and we rode it 10 times as the time goes by because it was nearly the highest ride like the Dragon Mountain that was at Marineland.  On the Tilt-A-Whirl we took 7 minutes to ride on that attraction each time because the park was almost close and I wanted to ride on it for the last minute. When we left the Atlantic Playland, we travelled to another city which I am going to write next. I think that Halifax is a nice city to stay for just 2 weeks at the Atlantic Playland which it was the most fun of this trip.
